With Christmas just around the corner, we want to make sure that you’re ready for the big day and of course the New Year. With that in mind, we’ve put together some key delivery dates to help you plan for the coming weeks to ensure you’ve got your print in plenty of time. Take a look below for more information regarding our 2022/23 Christmas delivery schedule.

Our factory will be closed from Saturday 24th December and will open again on Tuesday 3rd January.

DPD will make their final collection from us on Friday 23rd December. Therefore, you may receive a delivery on Christmas Eve but, otherwise, our turnaround time guarantees will only include working days outside of our closed period.

Remember that all turnarounds can only be guaranteed if you have received and approved your proof by 5pm on the date of order. Any orders made over the holidays will begin their turnaround times when we reopen on 3rd January.

Deliveries will be made to England, Scotland, and Wales up until Christmas Eve, DPD will not be delivering on:

Sunday 25th December – Christmas Day

Monday 26th December – Boxing Day

Tuesday 27th December – Christmas Day (Substitute Day)

Sunday 1st January – New Year’s Day

Monday 2nd January – New Year’s Day (Substitute Day)

If DPD have collected your order before we close, they may attempt to deliver it before we reopen but we cannot guarantee this. If this is the case, they will be in touch with a delivery window as normal.

Using the table below, you can see when you could expect to receive your print depending on the date you place your order and the turnaround time you order it on.

Our client services and studio teams will also be enjoying some well-deserved time off so we’re sorry that we won’t be able to answer any queries during our closed period. Our Customer Service department will close at 17:30 on 23rd December. Phone lines will open again at 9:00am on 3rd January and our team will reply to any emails you’ve sent in over the holidays.
