Easter is almost here, and our team will be taking some time off for the bank holiday weekend. This means our factory will close Friday 7th April and reopen Tuesday 11th April.
We’ll be extending our turnaround times to account for the days we are closed. To ensure your orders arrive when you need them, it’s important to approve your proofs by 5 pm on the day of your order. Any orders placed over the bank holiday weekend will go into production when we reopen.
Our account management and studio teams will also be taking a break during this time, so we won’t be able to answer queries over the bank holiday weekend. Our phone lines will open again at 9 am on Tuesday 11th April and our team will start replying to any emails.
DPD will also be closed for the bank holiday, and as a result, they will not attempt delivery on Good Friday (7th April), Easter Sunday (9th April) or Easter Monday (10th April). If they have already collected your order before we close, there is a possibility that they will attempt to deliver it on Saturday 8th April. If this is the case, DPD will be in touch with a delivery window as per usual, but we cannot guarantee your order for a Saturday delivery.
If you have any other questions, feel free to reach out to us. The whole team wishes you a Happy Easter!
